Old way of thinking…new way of doing it!
There was a time when everyone worked together for the good of ‘the’ company, but over the years it seemed we went through a phase of ‘fend’ for yourself. The weak seemed to barely survive and the strong, got stronger. At Rising Phoenix Press we’ve taken a step back, but in the greatest way.
To say that we know what we’re doing is just plain crazy…but we like crazy. There are a million normal thinkers out there, we’re not in that bunch, and we don’t mind. We don’t know what we’re doing, yet, but we do have most of it
figured it out. We’re up and running, producing, working together, cross marketing for the good of all on the label. We’ve learned layout, pricing, cover art; marketing, distribution and we’ve found our niche in the market place.

Carefully and strategically we placed authors across the county, smart move. As we promote one label and each other’s works, not just one author, all of our works collectively at one time, we grow, expand and become profitable. We decreased our prices and yet still we make more money. Isn’t that something? Greed essentially will consume you, but if you are fair, everybody wins.
We have a couple of requirements at Phoenix; good ones. First and foremost your work must be a fit. Secondly we want to know, “What can you do for us?” “How will you contribute to promote everybody?”
We have a plan, a vision, and we’re executing it day by day. It’s coming together magnificently. Each author must do his or her part because that’s what we do, willingly at that. As we grow we’ll keep you posted. Exciting times!
